Dr. Carr has been developing Human Resource Management (HRM) programs since 1972. Beyond industry specific HRM programs; he has been involved in the application, development, and evaluation of mental health programs, private alternative schools, and Aging in Place programs. He is a certified Level A Evaluator and Evaluation Trainer.

Mr. Howell has a thirty-eight year career in training and development, management and performance engineering. He is a specialist in career planning, facilitating, and training instructors. Mr. Howell has developed and conducted numerous seminars, and designed workbooks and related materials. He travels extensively as a speaker, seminar leader, and consultant to government, industry and professional associations.
Deborah Piper , BA Stetson University, DeLand, Florida.
Mrs. Piper has over twenty years experience as an educator, technical writer and editor. She has experience in curriculum development and as a platform instructor. In addition, she has written and edited maintenance and operations manuals for the petrochemical industry to support ISO 9000. Currently, she is responsible for all Quality Assurance issues.

Mr. Piper began Technical Training course design, development and presentation for aircraft simulator and computer maintenance. He has since included OSHA, EPA and ISO 9000 required training, procedure writing, teaching others to write procedures and First Responder/Pre EMS courses.
