Who We Are

Provide employees with consistent guidelines, satisfy ISO documentation standards, and promote a safe working environment, thus lowering your liability exposure.

A different way to produce written procedures.

Traditionally there have been only two ways to produce written procedures:

  1. Write them yourself, which takes a lot of time and takes production employees from their jobs, or
  2. Hire consultants to do all the work which can be very expensive.

Training Design has a less expensive, third way which combines the benefits of both methods. We observe and write your procedures as tasks are actually performed. You edit these procedures to reflect the changes you desire. This eliminates the large amount of time that consultants must spend performing this step. Additionally, this reduces the time your employees are away from their job.

This process is much faster than writing procedures yourself. Training Design can write your procedures so that when finished, your procedures will not only meet your needs but any agency's requirements. In many cases this brings the cost to less than $400.00 per procedure.

If you do desire to write them, Training Design has workshops that will help your employees write procedures. We also have workshops that will help management understand the regulatory requirements of written procedures.

  • Standardized Operating Procedure (SOP) Writing workshop teaches your process operators and technicians the skills necessary to write SOPs.
  • SOP Writing workshop familiarizes supervisors and support staff with writing and formatting conventions.
  • SOP Documentation and Training Requirements workshop familiarizes management with the intricacies of documentation, tracking and training requirements pertaining to OSHA and or ISO.
